TwexAPI provides stateless automation middleware, offering public social data API services and user-authorized account workflows based on the Bring Your Own Cookie (BYOC) principle. TwexAPI does not provide, sell, or manage third-party accounts. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Public post retrieval
• User information queries
• Trend analysis
• Real-time data streaming

Customers purchase API usage Credits for metered requests. TwexAPI does not sell or provide followers, traffic, views, likes, reposts, replies, or other engagement, and does not guarantee promotional outcomes. For all write operations (posts, DMs, likes), users must authenticate using their own Twitter session credentials, warrant lawful authorization to operate the target account, and assume full responsibility for the compliance and legality of all published content. All use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy。

You agree not to:

• Abuse or excessively use our API services
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Use unauthorized credentials or operate accounts without permission
• Attempt to bypass or compromise our security measures
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Violate the relevant platform provider's Terms of Service

Our services are billed based on usage. Please refer to our pricing page for specific pricing. You agree to pay all fees on time, and failure to pay may result in service suspension.

TwexAPI services and all related intellectual property are owned by us. You receive a usage license, not ownership.

Our services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the continuity, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, especially if you violate these terms.
